Reading the colours
The operational standard is that no more than 1% of patients wait over 6 weeks. Median or 95th-percentile waits are shaded green under 6 weeks, amber 6–13 weeks, red 13+ weeks. Cells left blank (—) mean NHS England either suppressed the small count or didn't publish that metric for that modality.
