Reading the colours
Median or 92nd-percentile wait shaded green under 18 weeks (within the constitutional standard), amber 18–26 weeks, red 26+ weeks. The 92nd-percentile is the wait length by which 92% of patients have been treated — it's the number the 18-week standard is measured against.
